1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by IM TECH (Pty) Ltd ("IM TECH", "we", "us"), including the imtech.biz website and any related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
IM TECH provides custom software development, IT consulting, and SaaS products to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are defined in separate project agreements or service contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software developed by IM TECH under a paid engagement becomes the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Our internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of IM TECH.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IM TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
